The Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Profession of the superior of the convent of the SEVASHRAM, Sr. Avita A.C was celebrated with pomp and gaiety on the 5th January at the Convent, on 7th by the convent and Parish on 8th of January 2012 respectively. The main celebrant on 7th was Fr. Harold Mascrenhas, preaching the homily Fr. Frederick Correa paraphrased the Magnificat, singing the praises of Mary corroborating the life of Sr. Avita into it. The main celebrant for the 8th was Msgr. Denis Moras Prabhu the vicar general of the Diocese of Mangalore. After the Mass Sr. Avita was felicited by the Parish council members and the parishioners.
